Bachelor of Science Degree Programs

The Bachelor of Science Degree in Statistics will prepare students for careers in business, industry, or government, and for further graduate study in statistics or in a related area. Students with strong interest in computing in addition to statistics might also consider the combined degree in statistics and computer science or the certificate in computational science and engineering. We also offer a Minor in Statistics for students in other fields of study to enhance their knowledge of statistical computation, theory of mathematical statistics, and many common techniques of statistical analysis.
